Placing an order on our Site constitutes a purchase offer. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, price errors, or failed payment verification.

We offer shipping within the UK and selected international destinations. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only once they have been delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Orders are generally considered complete upon successful delivery to the address you provided. If your tracking shows the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at hello@ailsas.com. We will investigate the matter with the courier and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. You are entitled to inspect the goods to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality — similar to how you would in a physical store. If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Due to hygiene reasons, wigs must not be worn, altered, cut, bleached, or dyed, and the lace must remain uncut and intact. If your item is delivered with a hygiene seal, once broken, it becomes non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be rejected.

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT. International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or clearance charges. We may correct pricing errors or update prices without notice.

All content on the Site belongs to Ailsas or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute content without our written permission.

By submitting content (e.g. reviews), you grant Ailsas a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify the content. You confirm you own the rights and your content does not infringe third-party rights.

As a customer, you have the right to:
