  • Initiate a return request:

    Please contact our customer service within 30 days from the date you receive . Please provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

  • Approval:

    Once approved, we will send you the return address.

  • Refund:

    Once we have inspected your returned item, we will complete your refund within 3-10 business days.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

Due to hygiene reasons, wigs must not be cut, bleached, dyed, altered, or visibly worn. The lace must remain uncut and unaltered. For these reasons, we recommend inspecting the wig without removing the inner hair net or tampering with the lace.

MESSAGE US
If your item is delivered with a hygiene seal, once broken, the item becomes non-returnable unless it is faulty.
