Standard Shipping Policy & Order Processing
Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Order Cutoff Time: 13:00 (London, UK time).
Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 0-48 hours (2 days) after payment. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
Business Days: We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times are not included in delivery times, so kindly plan your orders accordingly.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days, depending on your location.
We recommend using a physical address for delivery to ensure successful tracking and accurate delivery.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping for qualifying orders in the UK and provide multiple shipping options to meet your timing needs.
Important: For cardholder protection, we reserve the right to ship orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

We will select courier service providers for delivery according to the actual situation. The products you purchased will only be sent by the above-mentioned courier companies, and you cannot choose independently when purchasing.
Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. We accept returns on all eligible products within 30 days from the date the order is shipped. Please see ourReturnPolicy for our eligible product standards.
Additional Shipping
If a parcel is returned to Ailsas.com due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses to accept delivery without informing us in advance, a £5 handling fee will apply.
This fee is separate from our standard return policy, where return shipping is fully covered for eligible returns and exchanges.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen carrier disruptions. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days and may affect delivery timelines.
In accordance with UK consumer protection law, we bear the risk of loss or damage until your order is delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive it. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or stolen before delivery, please contact us at hello@ailsas.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a suitable resolution.
If a delay or delivery failure occurs due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or if the delivery is refused without prior notice, a £5 handling fee will apply. This fee is separate from our standard return policy, where return shipping is fully covered for eligible returns and exchanges.

Order Address Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout. If the information is incorrect, please contact us at hello@ailsas.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate address changes before dispatch, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order is processed.
If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for re-delivery. If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a refund for the product value will be processed, minus the original shipping charges and a £5 handling fee as outlined in Section 4.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may still return the item after delivery by following our Return Policy.
Parcel Tracking
You will receive your order tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Please note that tracking information may take several hours to update.
If you experience issues with tracking or delivery, we recommend checking with the courier first for the latest status. However, please also contact us directly at hello@ailsas.com. As the retailer, we are responsible for ensuring your order is delivered safely. We will assist in resolving any issues with the courier.
If you have experienced package theft in the past, we suggest using a secure delivery location, such as your workplace or an address with someone available to receive the package.
Delivery Precautions & Lost Parcels
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that special delivery instructions entered during checkout (e.g. “leave at back door”) may not be visible on shipping labels. For such instructions, please liaise directly with your local delivery office.
While we strive to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier disruption, or other external factors beyond our reasonable control. However, we remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or a person you authorised.
If your tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office. Then, contact us at hello@ailsas.com. We will open an investigation with the courier. While we rely on the courier’s confirmation, we will work with you in good faith to resolve lost or misdelivered items. In some cases, we may request your assistance in providing information or filing a police report.
Customs &Taxes
All product prices displayed on Ailsas.com are inclusive of VAT for UK customers.
No additional taxes will be added at checkout.
For international customers, any applicable import duties or taxes upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer, based on their local laws.
