Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50, and a flat £3.95 on smaller orders. Most parcels are dispatched the same working day if you order before 2pm and arrive in 1-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked. We pack every wig in plain, discreet packaging — there is nothing on the outside of the box that mentions wigs, so you can order with complete privacy. If you live near Edinburgh you are also welcome to collect free from our Cameron Toll showroom.
Can I return a wig if it is not right for me?
Yes — we offer a friendly 30-day return policy on all unworn wigs. Try it on with the hair net still in place, in front of a mirror at home, and if you change your mind for any reason simply post it back to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We just ask that the wig is in its original condition with tags attached. What if the colour does not match the photos on screen?
Wig colours can look slightly different in real life because every screen renders colour a little differently and lighting at home varies. If your wig arrives and the shade is not quite what you hoped for, you have two options: send it back within 30 days for a full refund, or call us on 0131 664 7210 and we will personally help you pick a shade that suits your skin tone and natural hair. Our team handles colour matching dozens of times a week and we are very good at getting it right second time round.
How do I know which size will fit me?
The vast majority of women fit comfortably into a standard average cap, which is what most of our wigs are built on (around 22-22.5 inches in circumference with adjustable straps inside). To check, take a soft tape measure around your hairline — over the forehead, behind the ears, and round the nape. If you measure under 21 inches you may need a petite cap, and over 23 inches a large cap. We have a full size guide with diagrams on our website, or just call us and we will talk you through it.
