Return Eligibility 


We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your order


Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags, inner packaging, and accessories intact. You may inspect the item to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality (as you would in a physical store). However, if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect any diminished value.


Due to hygiene reasons, wigs must not be cut, bleached, dyed, altered, or visibly worn. The lace must remain uncut and unaltered. For these reasons, we recommend inspecting the wig without removing the inner hair net or tampering with the lace.

If your item is delivered with a hygiene seal, once broken, the item becomes non-returnable unless it is faulty.

Unauthorised or returned items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee: None
Ailsas will cover the full return shipping costs for eligible returns.
However, if a package is returned to Ailsas.com due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or the customer refusing delivery without prior notice, a £5 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing

· Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method
· Refund processing time: 3-10 business days, up to 10 business days
· If your original card has expired, please contact your card issuer

How to return

·Initiate a request: Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the item. 
· Approval: Upon approval, we will send you a return address.
· Refund: After inspecting your returned item, we will complete the refund within 3-10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchange Process:
Please follow the return steps above.
Our customer service team will confirm the item you want to exchange and assist you with any price difference.
Once we receive the original item, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
All shipping costs related to exchanges are borne by Ailsas.

Order Cancellation


If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing the order. 

After the package be shipped out, the shipment is not able to be stopped, so if you want to cancel the order but contact us too late, you can return it for a full refund after you receive the package. For more information on how to return, please click on the return policy. The only thing we can do is wait for the parcel to return to us. When we are determined to return it to the warehouse, we can ship it to your correct address or return the order amount to you.
