Gift packs are automatically added to eligible orders during warehouse processing.
Gifts are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
If an order is returned in full, the gift pack must also be returned unused and unopened.
If the gift is not returned, Ailsa’s reserves the right to deduct the gift value from the total refund amount.

Step 1 – Place an order for any wig on our website.
Step 2 – After receiving the wig, submit one of the following:
